SELECT MODEL

MODEL XS

The Model XS is intended for bending standard Aluminum and PVC profiles with the profile heights ranging from 10 to 120 mm and widths ranging 10 to 60 mm. This machine model has a reinforced construction for two rear axles and has a total of three standard electric engines with the power of 5.5 kW + 2.2 kW + 2.2kW. The Model XS has a total torque of 2,453 Nm on all three axles. This is mostly used to bend Aluminum and PVC profiles used in the door and windows industry as well as in the LED lighting industry. The Model XS can bend all types of frames, windows’ sashes, T-profiles, wide windows’ sashes of up to 100 mm wide, different types of Glazing beads as well as smaller Aluminum facade profiles up to 120 mm in height. The Model XS is suitable for bending the steel profiles at dimensions ranging from 10 to 50 mm.

MODEL S

The Model S is intended for bending of Aluminium and PVC profiles with the profiles range from 10 to 240 mm for profile height and 10 to 100 mm for the profile width. The Model S has a reinforced construction at the ends of all axles, for all three axles and has a total of four standard electric engines with reductors with the power of (3 kW + 3 kW + 2,2kW + 2,2kW). The Model S has a total towing force of 2,479 Nm on all three axles. The Model S has additional metal reinforcements at the ends of all axles, which allows the bending of larger Aluminium façade profiles, whose profile height range is from 120 to 240 mm. The Model S is suitable for steel profiles bending, whose dimensions range from 10 to 60 mm.

MODEL M

The Model M is intended for bending of larger and more complicated Aluminium and PVC profiles that require a large towing force on the axles. The Model M is intended to bend profiles from 10 to 240 mm for profile height and from 10 to 150 mm for profiles width. The Model M has a significantly reinforced construction for all three axles and has a total of four high performance electric engines with reductors with the power of (4KW + 4KW + 3KW + 3KW). The Model M has an incredibly high total towing force of 7,591 Nm. The Model M possesses additional metal reinforcements at the ends of all axles, which allows the bending of larger Aluminium façade profiles, whose profile height ranges from 120 to 240 mm. The Model M is suitable for steel profiles bending, whose dimensions range from 10 to 120 mm.
